You are requesting a copy of your lawsuit from The Heston Law Firm, PLLC.  Federal law and industry best practices require us to provide you with certain information and to obtain your consent to receive text messages from us before we send you any text messages. 
 
Request a Copy of Your Lawsuit Campaign:  You have requested that we text you a copy of a lawsuit that has been filed against you.  You consent to receive electronic messages, including SMS and MMS messages, from us related to that request.  If you have more than one lawsuit, you consent to receiving electronic messages from us related to any or all lawsuits filed against you.  You further consent to receive messages from us related to providing legal services to you related to any lawsuit that has been filed against you, which may include messages about bankruptcy-related services and other legal services. This is a recurring message campaign.  We may send you as many as two unsolicited messages per week for up to 60 days.  In addition, we will respond to any message you send us.  You consent to receive any and all such messages.  We will send messages from the following phone number:  (832) 586-0835.  If we ever change phone numbers in the future, we will send you a message with the new phone number.  Until and unless you opt out, you consent to receive messages from us at the later-designated phone number.   
 
How to Opt Out and Opt Back In:  Text “Stop” to opt out of receiving messages.  If you send us any message after you opt out (other than another opt out message), you are opting back in and consenting to receive additional messages from us.
